Return & Refund Policy

At Gooxota, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 7–30 days of delivery (based on your return window policy), under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • For GPS trackers: IMEI sticker must be intact

Non-returnable items include:

  • Activated SIM cards or data plans

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, drops, or unauthorized modification


🔁 Exchange

If you receive a defective or wrong product, we will send you a replacement or exchange it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.


💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • For wholesale orders, restocking fees may apply.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • For personal orders: Buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless the item is faulty).

  • For defective/wrong items: We will cover return shipping or send a prepaid label.

  • Use a trackable shipping service to avoid lost packages.

📌 Important Notes

  • Do not send products back without authorization

  • Returns received after the return window may be rejected

  • Refunds are not guaranteed for used or damaged items
