✅ Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 7–30 days of delivery (based on your return window policy), under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

For GPS trackers: IMEI sticker must be intact
Non-returnable items include:

Activated SIM cards or data plans

Customized or special-order items

Items damaged due to misuse, drops, or unauthorized modification
🔁 Exchange
If you receive a defective or wrong product, we will send you a replacement or exchange it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
💵 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For wholesale orders, restocking fees may apply.
